We're using what we have just as God encouraged Moses to do when he encountered the Red Sea. Just because you don't have pricey glass(camera) doesn't mean you can't enjoy photography. After all, most of todays cell phones come with a camera. Yes, I know that cell phone images can't be sold for mega bucks but we're not taking them to sell them:) . At least not yet. LOL.
After a little tweeking on http://www.picnik.com/ you can see an image above that still has quality issues (tone, noise, exposure, distortion etc) but the overall message brings a smile to your face and this was her first try at it. Cmon that's worthy of a Snap! Snap!
The Camera Club launched on Sunday, March 14 and we had a blast! This month's winner is Jonifer Ford and this is the winning image. We're looking for images that ooze heart and spirit and the great thing is our March winner had never used cell phone to take and send a picture. Owwee, Gotta love it!
View the gallery at http://.flickr.com/photos/ebbystouch and you can join us on the network at http://ebbystouch.ning.com/ and participate in the camera fun.
This beautiful sky image by LW McKinzie wasn't a part of this month's challenge (ugh, submitted after the deadline) but it enhances nicely and creates a beautiful image that invokes thoughts of God's peace. The beauty of http://ebbystouch.ning.com/ is that it's open to everyone no matter what type camera they have access to and no matter what age they are, this is a great alternative for youth.
Here's one of the pictures I took for this month, you can see the rest at http://flickr.com/photos/ebbystouch. Bye for now, smile real big as you Snap! Snap!
